DELIVERIES MAINLAND UK ONLY

Next working day service means that orders for dog cages placed before 12 midday will be despatched the same day for the following days delivery excluding weekends and bank holidays. There is no delivery service on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. If you order a dog crate on a Friday at 2pm for example it will be despatched on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. If you do not understand what next working day service means then you must contact us for a further explanation before you order.

Notes and Extra information regarding dog crates and their uses:

Our Dog Cages are designed for House Training pets and NOT designed to contain aggressive or over anxious destructive Dogs. If You are buying this crate because your pet is behaving badly in the house when alone, you will need to train them BEFORE leaving them in one of our cages on their own.
If you fail to train them before leaving them your pet could damage either the cage or themselves in attempting to breakout.

At home a dog cage or dog crate can provide a safe haven for your dog to sleep in. Our high quality rectangular steel dog cages are available in two styles with five sizes in each style. The rectangular dog cages all have twin doors, (except for the smallest) one at the side and one at the front, for ease of use These dog cages are all provided with a carrying handle, however this is for carrying the dog cage when empty.  A dog should always be crate trained and be happy to be in the dog cage or crate before ever being confined inside it. If your dog is not happy inside the dog cage or dog crate he will always try to escape and possibly cause damage to property,  to the dog crate itself or injury. On our web site we offer a brief guide to cage training your dog, however if you are in any doubt you should consult a dog training professional who will be able to help you to crate train your dog to ensure he is happy in the dog cage. You should never leave your dog locked in a dog cage or dog crate for long periods unattended or if he is uncomfortable or unhappy to be in the dog cage. Sometimes a dog may be happy to be in the dog cage after a short period of training however, it can  sometimes take a longer period of time for your dog to feel happy in his crate cage. You must be patient with the training of your dog to ensure he is going to be happy with the dog cage or crate. Our dog cages and dog crates are manufactured to very high standards and go through quality control to ensure every dog cage and crate meets a high standard. Every part of the dog cage and dog crate has been designed with safety, security and ease of use in mind. The twin doors on the dog cages each have locks that have been specially designed to reduce the chance of your dog or puppy escaping. The sizes of the dog cages are all provided in inches and centimetres which are the external measurements of the dog cages. Please use this information to ensure the dog cage will fit into the area where you intend to put the dog crate. We provide a size guide for each of our dog cages in the description of each of the cages and is a guide only. Please keep in mind that not all dogs of a specific breed are the same size so some will need a dog cage smaller or large than others. Your breeder should be able to provide you with further information about which size dog cage is right for your particular dog and what on the crate size required.
